The Economist examined the global dilemma that governments and prison inmates face during the COVID-19 pandemic, in its April 20th article, Prisons worldwide risk becoming incubators of COVID-19, AFJ's executive director, Angel Rodriguez, described efforts to help a youth inside NYC's Rikers Island prison who contracted COVID just before is release.
